A public notice has been issued about a 26-year-old man described as a high risk, violent offender who’s been released, but is still being monitored electronically. BC Corrections have said that Bryan Kelly’s past crimes include assaults and robberies. He’s expected to live somewhere in Metro Vancouver, but he hasn’t announced yet which city he plans to call home. His continued freedom depends on more than 20 court conditions which include an 11 p.m. curfew, a ban on drinking alcohol and no contact with weapons, except knives used for preparing and eating food.
