The FBI has begun investigating the security of the private email set up Hillary Clinton used as secretary of state, which could further hamper her campaign for the White House.
The investigation follows a finding by a watchdog for the intelligence community concluding that some of her emails passing through that server did contain confidential information.
Clinton, currently the Democratic frontrunner for the White House, has seen her polling numbers plummet on favorability and trustworthiness because of the recent controversies.
Bernier Sanders, her closest rival yet, has closed the gap in some states, which is being used by some Democrats to try and persuade the vice president to jump in.
The draft-Biden campaign has picked up in recent days.
