Home is where our story begins.  It is not a place, it’s a feeling. It is where love resides, memories are created and laughter never ends. George Augustus Moore said, “A man travels the worlds over in search of what he needs and returns home to find it.” Ache for home lives in all of us. Undoubtedly, it is a place where we are real, we have fun, we give hugs, we ridicule, we do loud and we love. It is where scent comes forth in every breeze.

Anybody and everybody who has lived away from home either in hostel, work compounds or taken a long vacation can well imagine and relate with what home is. It is where our feet leave but heart stays. Where its good to leave but even better to come back. Just go out to see our relatives who live in another town there you will secretly pine for your home and its ambience. You will languish for the delightful evenings with your family sipping a cup of coffee or tea and enjoying your TV shows. And more than anything we miss the home food. It makes you sing off key and homesick. You will miss the embrace of your old familiar pillow, cuddle of your blanket, sprawl upon ones mattress and the comfort of your home.

The irresistible feeling that we vessel in our hearts while coming back home we instinctively say to ourselves, ‘Hold on we are going home.’  And where you enter with a happy heart and home exclaims, “In your absence you were missed.” Truly wherever you go, the memories of your home follows.

Why you prefer being Home?

Taranjit Singh Dhillon, Student of Russian Studies at Punjab University, Chandigarh  “Home is spot where expressions gush out without any sensation of awkwardness and without any dead of ridicule.”
Sumedha, Student of School of Journalism “Home is a place where I can be myself. I feel at ease and where all my worries fade away.” Titiksha Jain, Student of English “Home is all about love, safety, peace, chaos, care and of course, food.”
