Police Appealing for Witnesses in Shooting

Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 21 Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking witness regarding a shooting on Highway 410 in Brampton.

On November 20, 2018 at approximately 11:21pm the victim, was operating a grey Honda Accord travelling north bound on Highway 410 south of the Steeles Aveune. At this time unknown suspect(s) fired and struck the vehicle numerous times on the driver’s side.

The victim a suffered a gunshot wound and was able to continuing driving his vehicle to Hospital where he was met by police and was treated for his injury.

The victim is a 26 year-old man from Brampton, his injuries are non-life-threatening. He was the lone occupant in the vehicle. There is no suspect information at this time.
