Islamic State claims explosion near Afghan presidential palace

As per reports, Islamic State was responsible for an explosion near the Afghan Presidential Palace in Kabul, the group said. The report said that the attack was carried out by a militant wearing a suicide vest at a checkpoint outside the palace.
