City of Brampton offers drop-in programs during Peel District School Board secondary teachers’ strike

The City of Brampton is offering drop-in programs to assist youth affected by the closure of secondary
schools due to the Peel District School Board secondary school teachers’ strike.
A variety of sport, skate and swim programs will be available at six recreation centres across the city,
starting today for the duration of the strike. These drop-in programs cost up to $2.15 per visit.
Teens and students are always welcome to drop-in at the City’s fitness centres.
