Big B files police complaint against “dirty” SMSes

Amitabh Bachchan revealed that his Twitter handle was hacked has filed a police complaint saying that he has been receiving “dirty, abusive” SMSes for the past one year.

“Through a certain period of time, I have been receiving dirty, filthy, abusive sms messages on my personal phone. I attach herewith photocopies of my mobile screen containing the content that I speak about.” Big B wrote in a letter addressed to the senior inspector of Juhu police station, according to a report in Hindustan Times. He also requested them to investigate the matter and take action against the perpetrators.

The ‘Piku’ star also took to Twitter to share the information just a few hours after telling about his account was hacked. “OKAAY.. Plot thickens! Had been getting several really dirty abusive sms for a year.. just handed all of them to the POLICE!” he tweeted.

Earlier the 72-year-old actor announced that his Twitter account has been hacked and porn sites have been planted as ‘following’ in his account on the micro-blogging site. “WHOA!… My Twitter handle hacked! Sex sites planted as ‘following’! Whoever did this, try someone else, buddy, I don’t need this!”, he had tweeted.

Amitabh Bachchan has 16.6 million followers on Twitter. The actor is very active on social media and interacts with his fans over various platforms like Twitter, Facebook and his Tumblr blog.
