In a shocking incident a former Army personnel committed suicide outside Haryana Civil Secretariat early Thursday morning.

The ex-Army personnel was forced to take this step after Sonipat Police officials repeatedly raped his minor daughter.

As per the suicide note found by the police, the person belonged to Sisana village under Kharkhoda police station in Sonipat district.  The ex-Army personnel in his suicide note also blames his second wife and police officials posted at Kharkhoda police station.

The suicide note also mentions that the police officials would come to his house and would rape his minor daughter.
