Why was Varun Dhawan not able to vote?

Actor Varun Dhawan was upset when he wasn’t allowed to vote at the ongoing elections in Maharashtra. The Student of the Year actor was quoted by a daily from Mumbai as saying, “My name has not shown up in the list. It’s bizarre, because I voted last year. Will find out from Election Commision”.
