Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have issued an arrest warrant for a male responsible for a stabbing incident that occurred in the City of Brampton.
On Saturday, September 23, 2017, at approximately 4:00 a.m., the victim and culprit were present at a coffee shop in the area of Biscayne Crescent and First Gulf Blvd., Brampton. They became involved in a brief altercation and separated. Shortly afterwards, the culprit approached the victim, stabbed him and then fled the area. The victim was transported to local hospital for treatment to his injury.
Investigators from 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have identified the person responsible. A warrant of arrest for Aggravated Assault has been issued for:
Jeffrey SIBLEY, a 38 year old male with no fixed address. Jeffrey SIBLEY is described as male, white, 5’11” in height, 152 pounds with a thin build. SIBLEY is to be considered armed and dangerous, he is not to be approached and police should be called immediately via 9-1-1.
