Two Males and a Female Arrested for Break in and Enter

Officers from 21 Division Uniform Patrol arrested two males and a female in relation to a break and enter into a residential home in the City of Brampton.

On Monday June 12, 2017 at approximately 1:20 p.m., two male and one female suspect were seen breaking into a residence in the area of Laurelcrest Street and Vodden Street East in the City of Brampton. The victim was at home during the time of the incident and contacted police immediately.

Nathan COX, a 25 year-old male from Brampton was arrested and charged on Monday June 12, 2017 with Break and Enter and released with a Promise to Appear. COX will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Thursday July 13, 2017.

Jamall Brandon SMITH, a 31 year-old male from Brampton was arrested and charged on Monday June 12, 2017 with Break and Enter and released with a Promise to Appear.  SMITH will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Thursday July 13, 2017.

Cassondra FOERTER, a 25 year-old female from Brampton was arrested and charged on Monday June 12, 2017 with Break and Enter and released with a Promise to Appear.  FOERTER will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Thursday July 13, 2017.

Peel Regional Police would like to remind the community, if you are home when being burglarized; call police immediately, do not enter the residence if you suspect a break and enter, never confront a burglar, advise police that you will be waiting for them upon their arrival.
