July 25, 2017 (Toronto, ON)—Heritage Toronto and the City of Toronto presents Culinary Innovations to Feed a Country this Saturday, July 29. This special program celebrates Canada’s 150th anniversary by exploring little-known innovations in Toronto that have shaped Canadian cuisine and met the social, environmental, and health challenge of feeding a growing nation.
The event features an accomplished and distinguished panel (see below), and includes a food tasting by caterToronto, a community-based catering network.
