Popular comedian-turned-actor Kapil Sharma is all set to begin is fresh innings on the small screen. He’s all set to make his comeback on Television with his new show. Kapil even shot for the promo/announcement video of his upcoming show.

Those of you who’re harbouring the hope that Kapil will make his comeback with the second season of The Kapil Sharma Show, well as per reports that that’s not going to be the case. A report on a leading portal quoted Kapil as saying, “Can’t tell much about this show, as the channel will only announce about this. But yes, it’s not the same show. It’s different.”

Now that it’s confirmed that Kapil is making his comeback on TV in March, rumour mills have been abuzz with the question whether Sunil Grover will be a part of his comeback show too? Well, looks like that is not going to happen.

A leading daily from India quoted its source as saying, “No, Sunil is not coming back. The remaining cast of The Kapil Sharma Show will be part of the series while there can be some new addition also. The title of the show has also not being finalized. But Kapil and the makers are working hard to make this a bigger and better project.”
