Salman Khan and his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif who charmed fans with their on-screen chemistry in films like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?’ are back together once again. The former lovers have teamed up to shoot for a commercial for fashion brand Splash. The chief executive officer of the Middle Eastern lifestyle brand Raza Beig has taken to Twitter and wrote about the two stars completing the shoot for the ad campaign. “It’s a wrap of the @SplashFashions A/W campaign shoot with @beingsalmankhan & @katrinakaif_ ..THANK YOU,” he tweeted.
The official Twitter handle of Splash also shared a picture of Salman and Katrina and posted, “Here’s what the Splash brand ambassadors Salman Khan & Katrina Kaif have to say about us. http://bit.ly/2aTsWof.”
Salman and Katrina who dated each other for several years before breaking up in 2010, have remained good friends even after their split. Salman had even confessed that he counts Katrina among his best friends, while speaking at the launch of his upcoming production ‘Freaky Ali’ which has been directed by his brother Sohail Khan.
Meanwhile, Salman has started working for his next film ‘Tubelight’ being directed by Kabir Khan. the film stars a Chinese actress and the leading lady’s name is kept under wraps. Katrina, on the other hand, will be seen opposite Sidharth Malhotra in ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ which is slated to release on September 9, alongside ‘Freaky Ali’ starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
Her much delayed film ‘Jagga Jasoos’ opposite ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor has also got a new release date and will hit screens on April 7 next year.
