Rishi Kapoor was trolled for failing to recognize his co-star and late actress Sridevi. Rishi and Sridevi delivered blockbusters like ‘Nagina’, Chandni’ etc.
It all started when Rishi Kapoor shared a video of his dancing with Sridevi and asked his fans to help him to recognize the actress. The veteran actor wrote#“What film is this? And I cannot recognise the actress with me!”
No sooner, he tweeted the video, trollers slammed him to the core.
A troll wrote, “Nobody would have recognised you if she had not worked with you in Nagina and Chandni”.
While another troll wrote, “come on. you’re kidding right!!? You can’t identify SUPER STAR SRIDEVI who catapulted your career? Either you lost your memory or you’re heavily drugged. Either way I hope you’ll get well soon. Cheers!
A user mocked Rishi for grabbing the attention by using Sridevi’s name. He commented, “Finally he’s getting some attention by Sridevi”
Another user wrote, “You acted in 5 Hindi films with Indian cinema’s biggest female superstar, our #Sridevi ma’am. Yet, you were sooo blind to recognize her from 1996 #Kaunsachakaunjhoota film song clip wherein you were trying hard to dance with her in Goa. Shame!”
This is not the first time Rishi Kapoor was trolled. The actor, who is very vocal on social media as well as in public very often hit the headlines for all wrong reasons.
