Police Seek Public’s Assistance in Indecent Act Investigation

Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male in an indecent act investigation.

Officers are investigating two indecent acts which occurred at a Malton Go Station bus terminal at 3060 Derry Road East in the City of Mississauga between June 1 and June 30, 2018. On both occasions the victim, a 30 year-old female was approached at 11:04 p.m. by an unknown male who exposed himself and performed an indecent act.

The suspect is described as male, white, 5’10’’, thin build, approximately 30 years old, short brown hair with a receding hairline, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers, sunglasses and carrying a backpack.
