Police Arrest a Male For A Loaded Firearm in Vehicle

and charged a male for numerous firearm related offences in the City of Brampton.

On Sunday, June 18, 2017 at approximately 4:00 a.m., Peel Regional Police received information regarding a dispute at a banquet hall located in the area of Kennedy Road and Stafford Drive in the City of Brampton. A male was seen leaving the establishment in a vehicle while in possession of a firearm. Uniform officers from 22 Division stopped the vehicle in the area of Kennedy Road and Vodden Street in Brampton.  As a result of the traffic stop, police located a loaded 9mm Smith & Wesson semi-Automatic handgun.

Denzworth Christopher HALL, a 36 year-old male from Brampton, was arrested and charged with numerous firearm related offences. HALL was held for a bail hearing on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
