Modern family Hindi remake on the cards

Actor Anil Kapoor has announced that his Hindi adaptation of American sitcom, Modern Family, will go on floors in 2018. After sharing remake plans in 2015, Anil had reportedly shelved the idea. However, he told media in India, “The contracts are all done… Everything is on paper now. We will lock everything by the yearend and hopefully start rolling by early next year.”

“A R Rahman is a gift to India and world”

Talking on the recent controversy that surrounded music composer AR Rahman  Bollywood actor Dia Mirza feels that the music maestro is a gift to the world.

The composer completed 25 years in the music industry and to commemorate this feat, he performed at the SSE Arena, Wembley, UK. But, some audience members walked out of his show in protest over Tamil songs being performed at the concert. “Mr. Rahman is gift to India and the world. His music is so compelling and beautiful. We are proud of him and his achievements. I hope he continues to grow and continues to earn the audiences love,” she said.

HOLLYWOOD REMAKE FOR KAABIL

Hrithik Roshan’s 2017 film Kaabil, is all set to be remade into a Hollywood film. Reportedly, 20th Century Fox is in talks with the actor to buy the remake rights of the film, reported media from India.
