Mere Sung Gaa – Discovering local Talent “continues”……..

18th November 2017 – the Rainy Day witnessed the Musical Caravan of Singers in Mere Sung Gaa Season Two of Bollywood karaoke Singing Championship Contest.

After a well organized Audition of 50 Contestants,  Adline Integrated Media Services, the organizer, shortlisted 34 Finalists who performed at the Grand Finale on 18th Nov at Chinguacousy School Auditorium, Brampton.

Despite the heavy rains, the crowd came from different parts of GTA,  to witness this competition, stayed till end,  even witnessed the last minute Guests arriving around 10.30 pm who also got the opportunity  to see the Singers performances from the last year’s Season and the same  honoring this year’s Winners.

Event Started at 5.33 with the opening Address by organizer Adline IMS, then the first singer and followed by series of singers in order of appearance giving their best shot.  All the singers were confident.  EMCEE Somya Mishra kept the audience well connected.  Audience got prizes by answering her simple questions.

After  4 1/2 hour of Performance, the judges calculated the results. That Gap was well utilized by the Last Year Season One’s Winners  – Rishabh Shukla – Champion 2016,   other winners Tanu Puri, Ravindra Yedery, Ravinder Lohi, Feny Pandya mesmerized the audience by their melodious singing.

The Results announced as under :

Five Best Finalists who gave a tough competition to the top Winners.

Shamit Barua, Bhavana Nautiyal,  Susshma Persaud, Snigdha Sai,  Palak Bhatt, who had a privilege of being honored with the Medals by last Year’s Winners.

There were Top Five Winners as the Third Runner up was a Tie between Ankita Dhadha and Ranjana Who shared their victory by singing almost similar genre of Songs,  Ayan Hazarika  the 12 year old boy – youngest winner of all, who came as 2nd Runner up by singing the most intense song with a true intensity in his voice by proving the fact that age has nothing to do with talent,  and First Runner up was the classically well trained Disha Patel , above all the Voice of 2017 of Mere Sung Gaa was the most humblest and Melodious Voice owner Ravneel Singh – the newcomer in Canada – few months old here, well the land became the most luckiest for him through this event.  Adline wishes all the winners and participants congratulations for their active and successful participation.

Just like Season one, This years winners will also get an opportunity to perform in a Cover Album and a live Concert in 2018.

To compliment our Series of Sponsors – we had excellent Media Partners to support – The Weekly Asian Connections  represented by Ms.  Rakhee Prabhakar and Sandeep Prabhakar – who are also a part of a Not for Profit Organization ACISA .  Mr. Sandeep Prabhakar and another Director of ACIA Mr. Arpan Bannerjee did the announcement of  their Annual Public Event Vibrant Brampton, where they would be giving the Chance to the Winners of MSG Season Two to perform live.  This was a bonus prize for the winners of MSG Season Two.

Other Media Partners – Gujarat Weekly represented by Mr Lalit Thaker, who was one of the main Judge in the Contest and did a fantastic judgement by selecting the better out of the best performers.  Mr.Muhammad Munir Maani who also honored us by being our Judge for the last season too, gave his valuable technical inputs in selecting the Winners.  Their camaraderie  and team work was evident in their judgement.

We had Support from other  Media – Weekly Voice, Hindi Abroad, South Asian Weekender, Punjab Star, Radio Rimjhim, Potpourri Radio, Radio Muskaan – represented by Muhammad Munir Maani, RJ Pinki, RJ Neelam respectively.

Radio Dhishum needed a special mention who was not only our Media Partner, the owner and producer and host RJ Somya was our Jewel in the Crown as our EMCEE of the show.  Radio Dhishum was the Winners Trophy Sponsor and also the Radio did a live interview of each Finalist every day on air plus Adline and Radio Dhishum did a joint campaign of Selecting the Best Social Media Award as well which was announced on the stage.  The best Social Media Award given to Vikrant Singh who secured the maximum likes on the Facebook.

Facebook marketing of the event also played an integral part in  the success of the event.

Our Television Partners were ATN and Sur Sagar TV Radio.  The ATN crew was present well in advance before the start of the event, and interviewed the organizers as well as some of the finalists who were very enthusiastic about being interviewed on the Channel.

Camera Crew of Sur Sagar Radio also did the coverage of the event.
