Maple Ridge Community Management property wins Condominium Community of the Year Award

A condominium managed by Maple Ridge Community Management (MRCM) has been awarded the annual “Condominium Community of the Year” by the Canadian Condominium Institute (Toronto and Area Chapter). Celebrity Placeon Maitland Place was recognized as one of Toronto’s premier condominium communities against a wide range of attributes, including Governance, Communication, Education and Physical Property Management.

Maple Ridge Community Management President and CEO Michael Le Page attributes the award to the “outstanding partnership” between Celebrity Place Board and residents and MRCM’s unrelenting focus on quality, service and continuous improvement.
