Male Wanted in Jewelry Theft

Investigators from the Peel Regional Police 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking a male wanted in relation to a commercial jewelry theft in the City of Mississauga.

On Friday, November 3, 2017, at approximately 7:35 p.m., the culprit attended a jewelry store in a commercial retail mall on City Centre Drive in the City of Mississauga. The culprit asked to try on a piece of jewelry valued over $10,000.00 and then fled the premises with the item.

Investigators have identified the culprit responsible for the theft as Jason DOUSE, a 20 year old male from the United Kingdom. A warrant of arrest has been issued for Jason DOUSE in relation to this investigation.

Jason DOUSE is wanted for the offence of Theft Over $5000.00. Investigators believe that Jason DOUSE is actively evading arrest. Jason DOUSE is described as male black, 6’2” 161 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
