Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a male responsible for a series of thefts from vehicles.
On December 2, 2017 Peel Regional Police received 10 reports of thefts from vehicles in the area of Queen Victoria Avenue in the City of Mississauga.
As a result of the investigation, Trevor WARD, a 22 year-old male for Mississauga, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of Theft Under $5000.
WARD was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of January 19, 2017.
Peel Regional Police are reminding the public to keep their car doors locked and valuables out of sight.

Search for $30,000 worth of veal stolen on Christmas Day
Toronto police has said that they’re seeking the public’s assistance in locating a stolen trailer that was carrying “an extremely large quantity of veal” — about $30,000 worth. Police said that refrigerated trailer was parked in a commercial area in the north end of the city when it was stolen on Christmas Day.
The trailer was described as white, 14 metres long, with a blue W and “White Valley” written on the side, and an Ontario license plate. Police said that the rear doors are distinctive, with the right door coloured white and the left door made of stainless steel. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the stolen trailer and meat is being asked to contact police.
