09/07/19 – Canadian small businesses need access to Government resources when and where it is convenient for them. That is why today, Ruby Sahota, Member of Parliament for Brampton North, on behalf of the Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business and Export Promotion, is proud to introduce the Canada Business App – your mobile business partner. This is the Government of Canada’s next step in making it easier for small business owners to access digital services that work for them. “Small businesses across Canada can download this free app and navigate
government services, get recommendations tailored to their business, set up personalized notifications and find the answers they need to start up, scale up and access new markets,” said MP Sahota. “Our Federal Liberal Government has always been focused on helping small by reducing the small business tax rate, cutting red tape, and supporting innovation. We have also been making it easier to export to new markets with the signing of new trade agreements, like the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).”
