Ms. Ruby Sahota, Member of Parliament for Brampton North, welcomed the community into her office for an Annual Open House. The large crowd included many Brampton North constituents, business owners, and community organizations.
This Annual Open House serves as an opportunity for the community of Brampton North to meet their Member of Parliament. Those in attendance came to also celebrate the New Year and the accomplishments of the Liberal government in supporting the middle class, growing the economy, and investing in a better future for all Canadians. These achievements and so much more were highlights on an “Accomplishments Wall” where MP Sahota’s knowledgeable staff were on hand to answer questions and provide more information.
“I want to thank everyone that visited my Office during our Open House. Being accessible has always been one of my top priorities, so my staff and I are delighted to see even more people attend every year.” said MP Ruby Sahota. “Our government has a lot to be proud of and that was a common theme amongst all my discussions with those who attended. From the Canada Child Benefit to decreasing taxes for the middle class and small businesses, our Government remains committed to supporting Canadians while also making investments into infrastructure, public transit, and our environment by putting a price on carbon pollution. We know there is still a lot of hard work to do and we are not slowing down.”
MP Sahota and her staff have many more community events planned for 2019.
