Firearms Seized in Brampton Search Warrant

Investigators with the Peel Regional Police Street Crime Gang Unit have arrested two males in connection with the seizure of two sawed off firearms from a Brampton residence.

On Tuesday July 28, 2015, members of the Street Crime Gang Unit, with the assistance of the Tactical and Canine Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence on Primrose Crescent, Brampton.

The following items were seized during the search:

  • 1 – Sawed off .12 Gauge Shotgun with 5 shells
  • 1 – Sawed off .22 cal Rifle with magazine and 3 rounds
  • A quantity of .38 and .9mm ammunition

Lemar WALLACE, a 22 year-old male, and Webster JOCELYN, a 24 year old male, both residents of Brampton, were arrested and charged with several firearm related offences.

Both parties were held for a Special Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton..
