WHAT: In partnership with Credit Valley Conservation, the City of Brampton will celebrate Earth Day with a community planting event and BBQ. The event also marks the launch of the Grow Green Eco Pledge, a new challenge that encourages steps everyone can take toward a healthier, more sustainable future.
WHEN: Saturday, April 22, 2017
10 am – 2 pm (speeches at 10:15 am)
WHERE: Teramoto Park
Northwest corner of Queen Street West and Chinguacousy Road
(south of David Suzuki Secondary School)

The event will include:
 Planting of more than 500 native trees and shrubs
