Dubai police win innovation award in US

Dubai Police’s electronic awareness games were chosen for a 2016 Edison Award.
Dubai Police’s electronic awareness games, which employ cutting-edge video game technologies to communicate awareness messages and strengthen national identity and sense of belonging to the UAE, was awarded the bronze award in the Applied Technology category for cyber safety.
Dr Mansour Nasser Al Razouqi, director of the Virtual Technology Centre at Dubai Police’s Smart Services Department, received the award on behalf of Dubai Police.
Colonel Khaled Nasser Al Razouqi, director of Dubai Police’s Smart Services, is reported to have said that the award is a result of Dubai Police’s efforts and initiatives to turn all their services into smart services accessible through smartphones
