A dinner reception was hosted by Honourable Asha Seth and Dr Arun Seth on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at her residence to promote Canada-India relations by strengthening through language, art and heritage exploring closer commercial, cultural partnerships and building a stronger relationship between the indo-Canadian community.

The honorable Asha Seth introduced Dr. Dauji Gupta as
a politician, a advocates for non-violence, a prolific poet and world citizen leading to a world democratic government and President of Antarrastriya Hindi Samiti.

Dr. DauJi Gupta studied commerce and law at the University of Lucknow and Vermont University (USA), served as Elected Mayor of Lucknow for over 17 years, represented India at the World Mayor’s Conference, speaks several languages and has done remarkable work for the propagation of Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit and Pali throughout the world.
