A popular end-of-summer ritual, people look forward to the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) that offers a wide variety of colorful interactive experiences. You can try your luck at vintage CNE games and the casino, and then shop ’til you drop as you scoop up bargains galore. Take in all the attractions including concerts, celebrity chef demonstrations, indulge in classic fair foods and international performances. When you are doing this, take some time to visit the National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada (NEPMCC) booth in the Direct Energy building, where more than 600 publications are show cased. The official opening of the NEPMCC booth was organized on 22nd August, that many political dignitaries attended and encouraged the publishers and journalists present there. Visitors learn a lot about newspapers that represent their community.
