‘Dance India Dance season 1’ winner choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan

has been accused of molesting a female dancer. The victim has lodged a complaint against the well-known dancer on January 30 at the Oshiwara Police Station.

The female dancer accused that Salman and his brother touched her inappropriately in two different occasions. In her FIR, she stated that Salman’s manager contacted her while she was in London for work in August 2018. Later, when she came to India, she met him at a coffee shop in Andheri. During the meeting, he offered her to perform in Bollywood Park, Dubai with him.

She further said that when she objected to Salman’s behaviour, Salman Yusuff Khan said that such things happened in Bollywood.

However, Salman Yusuff Khan took to Instagram to refute the allegation and also said that he has full trust in judiciary. He wrote, “Wrong allegations with vested interestsintent of extort monies. Have complete faith in judiciary. Truth will prevail. Insha Allah.”

He became famous after he won the dance reality show ‘Dance India Dance Season 1’ in 2009. He also took part in the celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and has also been a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5. He got married to longtime girlfriend Faiza Haramain in 2013 and has two kids, daughter Zahraa and son Hamdan.
