Actors Anupam Kher and Rishi Kapoor posted tributes to American comic legend Jerry Lewis, on social media. Lewis, 91, died at his home in Las Vegas, US, on Sunday. Sharing old pics, Kapoor wrote on Twitter: “… the man responsible for my smiles…”, while Kher tweeted: “…He added laughter to our tears. RIP Sir (sic).”

Actor Shahid Kapoor was reported to have been signed by makers of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha for their next film, based on a social issue. There’s buzz that it has been titled, Roshini. Director of Toilet…, Shree Narayan Singh will helm the project, while Rustom writer Vipul K. Rawal is penning the script.

Documentary on Kejriwal gets  U/A

An Insignificant Man, a documentary on Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, has been passed for release by the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal with a U/A certificate. The Central Board of Film Certification had earlier asked its makers to get NOCs from PM Modi, former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit, and Kejriwal.

Ileana D’Cruz lashes out at a fan for misbehaving

Ileana D’Cruz, who is looking forward to her next release ‘Baadshaho’ vents her anger on Twitter against a fan for misbehaving with her. The 29-year-old actress said that just because she is a public figure, it doesn’t mean that anybody got the liberty to misbehave with her. “It’s a pretty shitty world we live in. I’m a public figure. I understand that I don’t have the luxury of a private & an anonymous life. But that doesn’t give any man the right to misbehave with me. Don’t confuse “fan antics” with that. I am a WOMAN at the end of the day,” tweeted Ileana D’Cruz .

Kalki Koechlin set to tie the knot again?

After breaking-up with director Anurag Kashyap, Kalki Koechlin has moved on in life. The ‘Dev D’ actor is rumoured to be dating the ‘Neerja’ actor Jim Sarbh but she is tight-lipped about it. Media from India has been reporting that Kalki is determined to settle down with Jim and start life afresh. However, when asked by a daily from India the actress declined. She said, “No, I don’t think so”.

Kalki met Anurag on the set of ‘Dev D’ in 2009 and developed liking for one another. After three years of courtship, the couple entered into wedlock in 2011 but after three years of nuptial they called it a quit in 2014 and a year later they are official divorced.

Though separated officially, the ex-couple maintained a mutual relationship, “We still are very good friends. We still have something which nobody can take it away from us. We still have creative understanding and a lot of respect for each other. Hopefully we will work together someday,” Kalki told reporters.

Speaking about Anurag, he is reported to be dating a 23-year-old girl. Anurag Kashyap’s social media account is filled with his lovey-dovey images with his new found love.

On the work front, the director will soon begin working with Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput for ‘Kedarnath’.
