AAP Starts A Major Anti-Drugs Campaign With Launch of Kumar Vishwas’ Ek Nasha Song

Aam Aadmi Party in India launched a major initiative by the name of ‘Ek Nasha’ The Anti Drugs Song as a campaign against drugs menace in Punjab with an event on 8th May at Siri Fort Stadium.

This song was launched by Arvind Kejriwal CM of Delhi on 8th May in presence of all anti drug campaigners from Punjab and across India.

The song is written and composed by our beloved poet and senior AAP leader Kumar Vishwas.

This is a very poignant song showing pain of drug menace.

All senior leaders from Delhi and Punjab including Sanjay Singh, Succha Singh Chottepur, Kapil Mishra, H.S. Phoolka, Ashutosh Gupta, Dilip Pandey, Sukhpal Khaira, Harjot Bains, Himmat Singh Shergill were present at the launch event.

Arvind ji congratulated all volunteers who came fom far away places to attend the event and gave a call to all the people of Punjab to have this song on their mobiles.

He also assured that all bigwigs who are behind this drugs trade in Punjab will be brought to book after AAP forms government in Punjab.

He laid lot of emphaisis that those who are addicted to drugs are our own and should be brought back to mainstream.

Kumar Vishwas announced that all proceeds from this song will go to Guru Nanak Dev Ji DIL research projects at University of Calgary, Canada. He also appreciated Dr. Anmol Kapoor of Canada who financially sponsored the song.

Kumar Vishwas mentioned how Sikh community has been in Army, sports and valor of Sikh community has motivated generations but now whole generation is being pushed towards drugs. He stated that after release of this song he will be targeted by political class of Punjab under whose patronage drugs trade is flourishing and sent a message to them by saying that he is not worried at all and such attacks will make his resolve more stronger to fight against drugs.
