Anubha Mehta is set to release her new publication – PEACOCK IN THE SNOW –with a Toronto Lit Up book launch! Join Inanna Publications and the Toronto International Festival of Authors for this exciting event on September 28th at Ben McNally Books, 366 Bay street Toronto.

The YTGA Open Mic Series at Studio 89 in Mississauga, invited Anubha as a featured performer on Sunday July 29th.

Here Anubha recited her debut poem ‘ Sunflowers’ to a jam-packed audience who listened in pin-drop silence. This powerful poem written by a mother for her daughter, stirred deep emotions. As Anubha said, ‘ this poem, was written in a dark moment where the only promise was the possibility of light. It is about finding our answers in moments of hesitation and finding our resilience in the midst of challenges’.

Anubha’s blog Tell-Tale. shares real-life tales of ordinary people living extraordinary lives. Anubha says, ‘ Everyone has a tale to tell. And each tale has a message. We don’t know who reads our stories , where they are stuck in life, and how our tales may inspire them, give them courage of even put things into perspective for themselves and their loved ones’. Anubha invites readers to share their journeys and stories.
